Your data is transmitted over encrypted SSL connections and securely stored in Google Drive and Zoho Books. Access is restricted to authorized CloudBook personnel only.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data may be shared only when required by law, necessary for services, or with your consent.

We retain information only as long as needed for services or legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

1. Our Services

CloudBook provides remote bookkeeping and VAT compliance services in the UAE including Zoho Books setup, VAT return support, and compliance tracking.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely business and financial information, upload required documents, and ensure timely payments.

3. Packages and Fees

Services are offered under clearly listed packages. Payments are due monthly on the agreed start date.

4. Confidentiality

Client data is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed except as required by law or with your consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

CloudBook is not liable for penalties or losses due to incomplete or inaccurate client information, delays in document submission, or events beyond our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 10 days written notice. Outstanding fees remain due at termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
